1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolHub (toolhubmnss.top) and its associated services, including but not limited to YT Toolkit (yt-toolkit.toolhubmnss.top), DevTools Pro (code.toolhubmnss.top), and InvestCalc (money.toolhubmnss.top), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

ToolHub provides a collection of free online tools designed for developers, content creators, and professionals. Our current tools include:

  • YT Toolkit: Retrieves and displays publicly available YouTube video metadata, including thumbnails, tags, titles, descriptions, and statistics using the YouTube Data API v3.
  • DevTools Pro: Formats and beautifies source code in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON, XML, and others.
  • InvestCalc: Provides compound interest and investment growth calculations with interactive visualizations for educational and planning purposes.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or introducing malicious code
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our servers
  • Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

4. YouTube Data API Compliance

YT Toolkit uses the YouTube Data API v3 to access publicly available video information. By using YT Toolkit, you additionally agree to:

YT Toolkit only accesses publicly available data. We do not access private videos, user accounts, or any data that requires YouTube authentication.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and other materials, is the property of ToolHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Content you input into our tools (code, URLs, financial data) remains your property. We claim no ownership over user-submitted content. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store user-submitted content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • Code formatting results from DevTools Pro are provided for convenience and should be reviewed before use in production environments
  • Financial calculations from InvestCalc are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Actual investment returns will vary and past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
  • YouTube metadata displayed by YT Toolkit reflects publicly available data at the time of the query and may change at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOOLHUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free).
